Important information for participants of "Vtecha z Mezhyhirya 2021"!

Race packages will be issued only on the day of the start, November 28, from 09:30 to 11:30 at the main entrance to Mezhyhirya Park (19 Ivana Franka Street, Novi Petrivtsi village, Kyiv region).

If the Kyiv region does not leave the "red zone" by November 28, the admission of participants to the start will be possible only with one of the documents:

• ▪️ vaccination certificate;
• ▪️ negative test result for COVID-19.

Until the end of the day on November 26 (Friday) you can order a transfer of the metro station "Minska" - Mezhyhirya - metro station "Minska" at the link: https://athletic-events.com/event/54. The exact place and time of departure will be announced in a separate letter to those who purchase the transfer.

Event schedule:
    10:00 - opening of the starting town (at the bottom of the park, near the monastery, about 1.5 km from the entrance to the park);
    11:45 - warm-up for the participants of the first start;
    12:00 - costume race;
    12:15 - start of distances 10 000 m, 5000 m;
    12:20 - start of the distance of 5000 m, Nordic walking;
    13:30 - closing of the route;
    13: 00-14: 00 - hot treat;
    13: 45-14: 00 - awarding of winners and prize-winners of competitions, winners of costume competition;
    14:00 - closing of the event.

IMPORTANTLY! Due to quarantine restrictions, the starting place of the race will be arranged in the open air. Please keep this in mind, dress warmly and be sure to bring warm and dry clothes to change into after the race. From 11:45 we will treat you to hot tea.
